Supraja CBSE School is situated in 16 Acre Main Campus on Talur Road, Ballari. Pupil Tree campus is a child’s dream come true as it caters every child’s need like sports centre, art centre, library resource centre, greatly equipped labs, spacious cafeteria, beautiful residential homes, open air theaters, concert halls cozy staff housing that unlocks the true potential of children.

Art is heart of Supraja. The main campus has a dedicated 10000 sft. Art and Cultural centre with eight studios dedicated to music, dance, theater, painting, craft, sculpture and Yoga. The centre has also a built-in stage for conducting various performances.
Each studio is a architectural marvel designed uniquely using varied material and shapes including , thatch, brick dome, rammed earth, rubble stone etc. The Centre has eight dedicated artists as mentors who offer classes in Indian Classical music, Bharthanatiyam, western classical music, theater, Visual art and craft for all children of Pupil Tree.
Supraja has great fitness and sporting culture. The 8 acre Sports centre has dedicated courts and fields for various sports. I.e Hockey, Football, Cricket, Volley ball, Basketabll, Throw ball, Khabbadi, Etc. The sports centre has also sports pavilion and an open air gym. Supraja will is in the process of building ATP standard Tennis courts, Badminton courts, gymnasium and indoor sports arena in the next few years.
A one of its kind Forest School is situated in Sacred Tree Nature Reserve a beautiful valley at SanjeevranyanKote – Mincheri hills range about 10 Kms from Bellary. The 60 acres nature reserve is surrounded by 600 acres of reserve forest.
The Forest School Programme is offered to sensitize and educate children about the environment and outdoor adventure.. The children are taught about the forests, flora, fauna, soils, water conservation, agro forestry, horticulture etc. The forest school also offers children an Outdoor adventure programme. The children are encouraged to go on nature walks, bird watching, star gazing (astronomy), and outdoor camping, we have created trekking and mountain bicycling trails, adventure rope courses etc. The children are supported by naturalists and environmentalists who are employed full time by the Nature Reserve.
Forest School Buildings:
The Forest School is designed on the principles of sustainable architecture, it’s purpose built for nature education and camping activities.
The Forest school has two pavilions that double up as an open air classroom and amphitheatre. We have also created various decks at differing heights ( to capture the views of the landscape) that will be used for outdoor camping and classes.
Also a camp office, store, kitchen and separate bathrooms for boys and girls are in place.
We have built state-of-art laboratories for Math and Science. Each of these labs is equipped with a variety of print, audio and video materials and subject-relevant equipment to allow for an experiential learning process, at a pace suitable to each child’s abilities. During lab hours, the students are supervised and assisted by qualified technicians and subject facilitators.
The students have access to a custom-made, adaptive learning system called Mind spark that is designed to make mastering math both fun and goal-oriented. Loaded on all 30 of the laboratory’s computers, the adaptive logic of the program gauges the child’s learning level and assesses knowledge gaps and the grasp of concepts through finely graded questions of varied difficulty levels. It allows each student to proceed at his or her own pace, depending on the existing comfort level of a particular concept.
This program is a storehouse of virtually unlimited, individualized practice sessions and being internet-based, offers children the flexibility to solve problems from the comfort of their homes.
The Physics, Chemistry and Biology are fitted with a wide range of tools, instruments and apparatus that are essential to perform a variety of basic to advanced physics, chemistry and biology experiments. All the experiments are monitored by experienced technicians and conducted under safe and controlled conditions.
There are two ICT labs in the school. The Primary section has fully equipped lab with one to one computers, working on Windows OS. The students get opportunity to learn, create and explore under proper guidance of teachers. There is a separate section for high school, the well equipped labs caters to the needs of who have taken Computer Science as their elective subject. Technically qualified faculty to navigate and instruct the students with regards to communication and technology are the hallmark of the ICT labs in the school.
The School Library is an inviting place that houses over 3000 educational and recreational books as well as other multimedia resources for both, the students and staff, to access. The spacious, airy library has been designed to foster an interest in books and is intended to offer every child the opportunity to explore and develop his or her individual interests. The library has an inbuilt story telling room, open courtyards, reading nooks and the main hall is furnished with large tables and comfortable chairs double up as worktables and the library also invariably becomes a hub for all projects done by the students. Each library stacks age appropriate books which the children enjoy reading at school and borrowing it to complete it at home. The library uses an integrated library management system that ensures efficient day-to-day running, circulation and inventory management.
